 Food Truck-CCK Contract Partners are scheduled on Monday & Tuesday, 8 days/month, 4 hours of exclusive use in two timeslots: 

11am-3pm or 4pm-8pm. 

Pre-dawn hours may also be reserved for Food Truck Contract Partners.

The CCK can enhance your meetings or reservations in the Events Center with catering, food storage, food preparation and a convenient serving window.

• Secure Freezer Storage 
• Secure Refrigerator Storage
• Grease Trap Emptying 
• Grey Water Disposal
• Fresh Water Fill-up
• Food Preparation Space  
• 4 burner stove, grill top, fryer, microwave, mixer, blender & kitchenware to prepare, cook or bake.
• 350# capacity Ice Machine

 CCK Food Trucks will be given a complimentary food truck space on the same day as their CCK timeslot.

THOHM spaces 5, 6 & 7 are designated for these preferred spaces.

CCK Food Trucks may reserve & remain in the courtesy space for the remainder of their contract day at a reduced space rental rate.

 Cooking Classes and Catering Services are welcome to reserve use of the CCK for a 3-hour minimum timeslot.
