• Food Truck CCK Contract Partners are scheduled on Monday & Tuesday, 8 days/month, 6AM-8PM by reservation. 
• Pre-dawn hours may also be reserved for Food Truck Contract Partners.
• The CCK can enhance Event Center reservations with catering, food storage, preparation and a convenient serving window. 
• Cooking Classes and Catering Services are welcomed to reserve the CCK on an hourly basis.
